Solutions for restaurants
This restaurant POS system keeps many tables open at once, sends each order to a kitchen screen grouped by prep station, and keeps selling when the internet drops. In the UK it is what most people call a restaurant EPOS. It is the Point of Sale app with the shop set to Restaurant or Cafe, and the till changes its layout to match.
Add the Human Resources app when you want staff shifts, attendance, timesheets and leave on the same staff list as your cashiers.
What you switch on: Point of Sale and Human Resource Management.
Each job, the app that handles it, and the screens you will use, named as they appear on the menu.
Add the restaurant as a shop with the business type Restaurant or Cafe, add its tables, and add a till for each counter. Pair a tablet or computer with each till using a short code.
Point of Sale: Outlets & Registers, POS Settings
The till shows the floor with every open table and how long it has been open. Takeaway orders sit beside the tables, and New Takeaway starts one.
Point of Sale: The Till
Each order goes to the Kitchen Screen grouped by prep station, such as Kitchen, Bar or Grill, and a kitchen ticket can print with each line under its station.
Point of Sale: Kitchen Screen
Take cash, card or a mix. Cards are taken by your own card terminal, and the receipt prints on an 80 mm or 58 mm thermal printer.
Point of Sale: The Till, Sales & Receipts
Voids, price changes and money given back each need a second person to type their PIN at that moment, and nobody can allow their own.
Point of Sale: Corrections
Cashiers sign in to the till with a six digit PIN. Shifts, attendance, timesheets and leave live in the Human Resources app on the same staff list.
Human Resource Management: Cashiers, Shifts, Attendance, Timesheets, Leave
Count the drawer at the end of a shift and the difference is recorded with a note. Reports cover sales, ways of paying, shifts and variance, and the day book.
Point of Sale: Reports, Posting & Accounts

Yes. EPOS is the UK name for the same thing: a till with electronic records of every sale. It works the same way wherever the restaurant is.
The till keeps selling from its own copy of the menu and prices, holds the sales safely on the device, and sends them by itself when it reconnects.
Yes. The Kitchen Screen shows open tickets, and a cook can filter it to one prep station so the bar sees only drinks.
A tablet or computer for each till, a thermal receipt printer on an 80 mm or 58 mm roll, and the card terminal from your payment provider.
Yes. Each shop has its own business type, and the till layout follows it.
