All in one business software
Run sales, projects, invoicing, people, accounting and the shop counter on one login and one set of records. 10 apps, each switched on by itself, starting from a free plan.
Most small businesses end up with a CRM for leads, a project tool for the work, an invoicing tool to get paid, a spreadsheet for staff and another one for stock. Each is fine on its own. Together they hold five slightly different copies of the same customer, five logins and five bills.
All in one business management software replaces that stack with one system. The apps still feel like separate products, so the sales team sees a pipeline and the accountant sees a ledger, but underneath they share the same customers, companies, people and documents. A deal that is won becomes a project and then an invoice without anybody typing the customer in again.
ExecCortex is built that way from the database up. You do not have to use every app: start with the one that hurts most today and switch the next one on when you need it.
Prices are per workspace and read live from the platform. Switch on only the apps you need.
| Separate tools | All in one (ExecCortex) | |
|---|---|---|
| Logins | One per tool, each with its own password and 2FA | One login for every app |
| Customer records | A copy in each tool, kept in step by hand or by sync | One record that every app reads and writes |
| Permissions | Set again in every tool, in every tool’s own way | One role tree across apps, modules and actions |
| Billing | A subscription and an invoice per vendor | One bill per workspace, priced per app |
| Reporting | Exports stitched together in a spreadsheet | Reports read the same records the apps use |
| Onboarding a new hire | An account in every tool, removed again when they leave | Invite once, revoke once |
Six questions worth asking any vendor, including us.
Ask whether the CRM, the invoices and the projects read the same customer, or keep copies that sync. Copies drift.
You should be able to start with one app and add the next when a team needs it, without moving to a bigger plan.
"Can view" and "can edit" per whole product is not enough. Look for control per app, per module and per action.
CSV and PDF export from inside the product, with no fee and no notice period, is the test of who owns the data.
If you run more than one business, or keep a client’s data apart, each needs its own space that data never crosses.
AI should draft and suggest. A person should approve anything that sends, posts or changes a record.
It suits a small business or a startup that has outgrown spreadsheets, a team that is tired of keeping the same customer up to date in several places, and anybody running more than one company who wants each kept separate without learning a second system.
It is a worse fit if one specialist tool is the centre of your business and everything else is minor. In that case keep the specialist tool, and use only the apps here that fill the gaps around it.
There is a free plan: one workspace, a small team and the core modules, with no card required, and it does not expire. Each app is then priced per workspace, from $3 per month for Invoicing Management System. Capacity packs raise one limit at a time, such as users or storage, without moving you to a bigger plan. It is one system that covers the jobs a small business usually splits across several tools: customers and sales, projects, invoices and payments, staff records, accounting and stock. Everything shares one login, one set of customer and company records, and one permission model.
Usually yes, because the cost of separate tools is mostly hidden: the same customer typed into three systems, three bills, and nobody sure which copy is right. Start with the one or two apps you need now and switch on more as the team grows.
No. Every workspace starts on the free plan, and each app is priced per workspace and switched on by itself. An app you have not enabled does not appear in the sidebar and is not billed.
Yes. Roles are built as a tree of apps, modules and actions, so a bookkeeper can see invoices without seeing deals, and a contractor can see one project without seeing your customer list.
Yes. Lists export to CSV and reports export to PDF from inside each app, with no export fee and no notice period.
Integrations copy data between systems, so there are still several copies that can disagree. In one platform there is one copy: the customer on an invoice is the same record the sales team sees, and a change shows up everywhere at once.
Create a workspace, invite your team and import your first leads, all on the free plan.
