All in one CRM
All in one CRM for sales, projects and billing
An all in one CRM carries a client from the first enquiry to the paid invoice without retyping them. In ExecCortex the CRM, Project Management and Invoicing apps share one client record, so a won deal becomes a project and then an invoice in a few clicks.
What makes a CRM all in one
An all in one CRM is a CRM that does not stop at the sale. Most CRMs end at a won deal, and then somebody types the client into a project tool and again into an invoicing tool. Three copies of the same client drift apart within a month.
ExecCortex is built as one platform. The Customer Relationship Management app holds leads, contacts, companies and deals. Project Management delivers the work. Invoicing gets you paid. They read the same company and contact records, the same Activities and Follow ups, and the same Documents, so a change in one shows up everywhere.
You do not have to switch on all three at once. Start with the CRM and add the next app when the team needs it. Each is priced on its own, per workspace.
From first enquiry to paid invoice in one all in one CRM
Capture
Leads arrive by hand, by CSV import, from your Web Form, from the intake connection or from Lead Sources webhooks for WhatsApp, Facebook Lead Ads, Google and TikTok.
Qualify
Work the lead through eight statuses on a Kanban pipeline you design. Scoring and routing rules run on their own.
Convert
Convert the lead and the contact is created, its history copied across, and the company found or created.
Sell
Raise a deal with an amount, currency and close date. Quotes are built from Products and Price Books and accepted from a share link.
Deliver
Convert to Project creates a project with the deal’s name, client and amount as budget, with a board ready to use.
Bill
Create Invoice sends the deal to Invoicing as a line, and Bill time on a project’s Financials tab turns unbilled hours into a draft invoice.
One record that every app reads
These are the same records, not copies that sync. Companies are shared between the CRM and Asset Management. Activities and Follow ups and Documents and e-Sign are shared between the CRM and Projects. Staff Directory is shared between HR, Invoicing and Assets.
Customer 360 shows the result: one company on one page with its timeline, delivery, money and support panels. Some joins need one link, once. Linking an invoicing customer to a CRM company is what makes its invoices appear on Customer 360, and an unlinked panel looks empty rather than broken.
The CRM also carries marketing for the same contacts: Campaigns across email, SMS and WhatsApp, Sequences, Journeys and capture forms. Do not contact is enforced across every one of them at send time.
How the all in one CRM works in ExecCortex
1.Switch on the apps you need
Customer Relationship Management first. Add Project Management and Invoicing from the Plan page when you are ready.
2.Build your pipeline
Open Pipelines from the Deals header, drag stages into the order you sell and give each a default win probability.
3.Win the deal
Move Status to Won. The close date is stamped on that transition only, so reports stay stable.
4.Turn it into work
Press Convert to Project on the deal. Converting again reopens the project you already made rather than creating a second one.
5.Get paid
Press Create Invoice on the deal, or Bill time from the project’s Financials tab, then send the invoice or a pay link from Invoicing.
Every screen is explained in detail in the Customer Relationship Management guide, the Project Management guide and the Invoicing guide.
What it does not do
- It never converts currencies. Each deal and invoice keeps its own currency, and totals are shown per currency rather than blended.
- Time with no rate that can be worked out is never billed at zero. It waits as unpriced until a person types a rate.
- AI in the CRM drafts and proposes. It never sends, assigns or changes a record without a person accepting it.
What it costs
Every workspace starts on the free plan, with no card required. Each app is then priced per workspace and switched on by itself, and capacity packs raise one limit at a time without moving you to a bigger plan. Prices below are read live from the platform.
- Customer Relationship ManagementCapture, qualify and close leads without leaving one screen.$9 per month per workspace
- Project Management SystemPlan, staff and deliver projects on one Kanban board.$10 per month per workspace
- Invoicing Management SystemQuotes, invoices, payments and payroll, paid faster.$3 per month per workspace

All in one CRM: common questions
What is an all in one CRM?
It is a CRM that also covers what happens after the sale: delivering the work and invoicing for it, on the same client record.
Do I need all three apps?
No. Every app works on its own. Start with the CRM and add Project Management or Invoicing when you need them.
Does a won deal create the project automatically?
No. You press Convert to Project on the deal. It is one and done: pressing it again opens the project you already made.
Does moving a lead on the Pipeline board move its deal?
No. Pipeline moves leads through your funnel. Deals is the money list and has its own stages.
How is it priced?
Each app is priced per workspace and switched on by itself. The current prices are shown on this page, read live from the platform.
