Answers come from the product guides and the live pricing
Ask me what the platform does, what it costs, or how a part of it works. I answer from the published guides and the current plans, and I say so when something is not in them.

Plan, billing and capacity
Everything about what you pay for and what you are allowed to use lives on one page: Plan. It has a How to use button in its header.
The shape of the whole system in one sentence:
You start on a free baseline that never expires, add the Apps you need, and raise any single allowance by buying a capacity pack for it.
There is no tier to upgrade to. You never have to change plan to get more of something, which is the main thing to tell anybody who asks how to upgrade.
Everything here is billed per workspace.
The three tabs
Tab
What it answers
Apps
What you have, what it costs, and how it got here
Capacity
What you are entitled to
Capacity Usage
What you have actually consumed against those allowances
Apps
One card per App, showing what it costs and how you came to have it: included with your plan, , or . Each card has two buttons that open that App on its own.
on trial
subscribed
Both App drawers live in the address bar, so you can copy the link and send it to whoever holds the company card.
Capacity
Each row shows three numbers: what the plan includes, what packs have added, and the total now in force.
Capacity Usage
A bar per resource, with the storage and send quota breakdowns underneath.
Check this tab before buying anything. A resource sitting at 20 percent does not need a pack.
The three labels people misread
This is the section support will use most.
Label
What it means
Shared
One allowance covering every workspace on your account. Storage, AI requests, daily emails and the workspace count work this way, so spending it in one workspace leaves less for the rest
This workspace
This workspace has its own allowance. Seats, leads and record counts work this way, and another workspace you own has its own separate allowance
Not enforced
The number is measured, but nothing is blocked when it passes the limit. Useful to watch, not something to plan around
A Shared allowance is raised once for the whole account, so you can buy it from any workspace and every workspace benefits. Buying the same shared pack again from a second workspace gives you more capacity, not a fix for a mistake.
How a limit is decided
The total in force = your baseline, or an allowance set for you by support, plus every capacity pack you hold.
Four rules follow from that:
Unlimited and zero are different answers. Unlimited means no cap at all. Zero means the resource is blocked and nothing new can be created.
Packs stack. Buy the same pack twice and you get twice the capacity, each renewing on its own.
An allowance set for you by support replaces the baseline, and packs are added on top of it.
A deleted workspace keeps its data, so it keeps its slot against your workspace allowance until it is purged. That surprises people who delete a workspace to make room for a new one.
What you can buy more of
Every allowance that is actually enforced has a pack you can buy for it. There is no enforced limit you can hit with no way to raise it, which is worth saying plainly when somebody is blocked.
Packs exist across all seven Apps and the platform itself. Some examples of the shape:
Resource
Packs available
Team Members
plus 5, plus 25
Workspaces
plus 5, plus 25
Storage
plus 50 GB, plus 250 GB, plus 1 TB
Daily Emails
plus 1,000, plus 5,000
Leads
plus 10,000, plus 100,000
Projects
plus 25, plus 100
Employees
plus 25, plus 100
Invoices
plus 5,000, plus 50,000
Connected Stores
plus 3, plus 10
Brands
plus 3, plus 10
Alongside those sit packs for goals, pursuits, meetings, tickets, quotes, expenses, payslips, payslip groups, salary sheets, invoice customers, invoice products, HR documents, HR candidates, job openings, assets, chat widgets and knowledge base documents.
Where two sizes exist, the larger is cheaper per unit. If you know you need the bigger one, buying it once beats buying the small one repeatedly.
Buying, changing and cancelling
Manage billing on the Apps tab opens your billing portal, which is where invoices and the card on file live. Renewals are automatic.
Three rules about changes:
Adding capacity takes effect immediately. That is the point: you are usually buying it because something is blocked right now.
Removing an App or a pack always takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, never immediately. You keep what you paid for until it runs out.
Nothing is deleted when a pack lapses. You go back to the lower allowance, so you may be over it. See below, because this is the part that worries people.
What happens when you are over a limit
This behaves differently depending on how the record arrives, and the difference is deliberate.
Creating something new is refused, with a message saying which limit you hit.
Nothing you already have is deleted, hidden or damaged. Being over a limit stops new records; it never removes old ones.
Public captures are deliberately let through and recorded as overage. A web form submission, an intake call or a webhook is never dropped, because nobody is standing there to retry an inbound enquiry. Only actions a person is present for are refused.
That last point is the reassuring one: exceeding your lead limit does not lose you enquiries.
Two limits that behave in their own way:
AI requests are a rolling six hour burst limit, not a monthly quota. A number like 500 does not mean 500 a month; spread evenly it is far more. You can sit at a small fraction of your monthly capacity and still be refused on a busy morning. Read the busiest day figure, not the monthly one.
Storage is measured by a census rather than instantly, so a large upload can take up to about an hour to appear in the figure.
Trials
An App on trial shows as on trial on its card, with when it ends. When a trial finishes without a subscription, the App stops being available and your data stays where it is. Subscribing later picks up where you left off.
Who can see and do this
The Plan page is workspace level, so it needs a billing permission rather than ordinary access. Somebody without it does not see the page.
Buying is deliberately separated from viewing. Reading what you are entitled to and spending money on more of it are different permissions.
Frequently asked questions
How do I upgrade my plan? There is no tier to upgrade to. Add the App you need, or buy a capacity pack for the one allowance you are short of. You never change plan.
I bought a pack in one workspace and another workspace did not get it. Check whether the row says Shared or This workspace. Shared allowances cover the whole account. Per workspace allowances do not, and each workspace buys its own.
I bought storage twice by mistake, once from each workspace. Storage is shared, so you now hold two packs and twice the capacity. Removing one takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
My allowance says zero. Is that the same as unlimited? No, it is the opposite. Zero blocks the resource entirely. Unlimited means no cap.
I deleted a workspace and still cannot create a new one. A deleted workspace keeps its data, so it keeps its slot until it is purged. Buy a workspace pack, or wait for the purge.
I am over a limit. Will I lose data? No. Being over a limit refuses new records. It never deletes, hides or damages anything you already have.
I am over my lead limit. Am I losing enquiries from my website? No. Public captures are let through and recorded as overage, because nobody is there to retry an inbound enquiry. Only manual creates and imports are refused.
A pack expired. What happens to the records above the old limit? They stay. You simply cannot create new ones until you are back under, or you buy capacity again.
I keep getting refused for AI even though I have used hardly any this month. The AI allowance is a rolling six hour burst limit, not a monthly quota. Refusals are bursty, so read the busiest day figure rather than the monthly one.
I uploaded files and my storage figure has not moved. Storage is measured by a periodic census rather than instantly. Give it up to about an hour.
Where are my invoices and my card? Manage billing on the Apps tab opens your billing portal, where both live.
How do I cancel an App? Remove it from its card. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, never immediately.
Which is better value, two small packs or one large one? The larger pack, where two sizes exist. It is cheaper per unit.
Is there an allowance I can hit with no way to raise it? No. Every enforced limit has a pack you can buy for it.
What does "not enforced" mean on a row? The number is measured and shown, but nothing is blocked when it passes. Watch it if it is useful; do not plan around it.
What happens to my data when a trial ends? It stays where it is. The App stops being available, and subscribing later picks up where you left off.
I cannot see the Plan page at all. It needs a billing permission. Ask a workspace admin to grant it.
I can see the Plan page but cannot buy anything. Viewing and buying are separate permissions, deliberately.
