How small business management software is priced here
You start on a free baseline that never expires, add the apps you need, and raise any single allowance by buying a capacity pack for it. There is no tier to upgrade to, so you never change plan to get more of one thing. Everything is billed per workspace.
Every app also works on its own. You can run Asset Management with no CRM, or HR with nothing else, and add the next app when the business needs it.
Rules that hold across every app: AI proposes and a person decides. Amounts in different currencies are never converted or added together. A figure that could not be measured shows as not recorded rather than zero. Where something can be put away it is archived rather than deleted, and significant changes are audited with who made them.

1.Create your account
Register and confirm your email. No card is needed for the free plan.
2.Choose your apps
Pick the apps your workspace starts with during registration. You can add more later from the Plan page.
3.Invite your team
Invite people and give each of them a role. Being in a workspace gets them in the door; the role decides what they can open.
4.Check the Plan page
Apps shows what you have, Capacity what you are entitled to, and Capacity Usage what you have used.

What it does not do
- It does not host an online storefront. The E-commerce app connects to the store you already run.
- It does not pay staff. HR and Invoicing compute payroll and payslips; the payments go through your bank.
- It does not file tax returns for you. The accounting app prepares the figures.

Do I have to pay for every app?
No. Each app is priced per workspace and switched on by itself. An app you have not enabled does not appear and is not billed.

Does the AI change my data?
