Cancelling
Cancel any time from inside your workspace. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Cancelling does not delete your data. To remove it, use the data request form.
Refunds
Set out your actual policy here, for example a 30-day refund on annual plans, or none on monthly. Pick one and state it plainly; a vague refund policy costs more in disputes than a generous one does in refunds.
Charges for a period already used are not normally refunded. Apps and capacity packs removed mid-period stop at the end of that period.
If we have billed you in error, tell us and we will fix it, that is not a refund request, it is a mistake.
