This is a starting template. It describes how the platform actually works, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer for your jurisdiction. Have it checked before you rely on it.
What you must not do
The service is shared infrastructure. These rules exist so one customer cannot degrade or endanger it for everyone else.
- Break the law, or help someone else do so.
- Upload malware, or use the service to attack any system.
- Store data you have no right to store, or personal data collected without a lawful basis.
- Attempt to reach another workspace’s data, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or bypass usage limits.
- Send unsolicited bulk email: see the anti-spam policy.
- Resell the service, or run it on behalf of others, without a written agreement.
- Place an automated load on the API that degrades service for other customers.
What happens if you do
We contact you first where it is safe to do so. Where it is not (an active attack, illegal content, or a threat to other customers) we may suspend immediately and explain afterwards.
