A pack raises one limit
Each pack lifts a single number (more seats, more storage, more AI requests) and nothing else. You are never pushed onto a bigger plan to get one thing you ran out of.

You are told before you hit it
Usage is shown against every limit inside the product and you are warned as you approach one. Nothing stops without notice, and no limit is discovered by a failed action.

Some limits pool, some do not
Pooled resources are shared across every workspace you own, so one pack covers the whole account. The rest are counted inside each workspace on its own.

Add or remove them any time
Packs stack with any plan and with each other, and they are not a commitment: drop one the month you no longer need it.

Questions we get asked a lot
What exactly is a workspace?
A workspace is one company’s space on the platform, its customers, projects, invoices, team and settings. Data never crosses between workspaces. If you run several businesses, or need to keep a client’s data separate, you create a workspace for each and switch between them from the same login.
Do I have to use all the apps?
No. Every workspace starts with the apps on its plan, and you switch others on when you need them. An app you have not enabled does not appear in the sidebar and does not get billed.
Can I control who sees what?
Yes, in detail. Roles are built as a tree of apps, modules and actions, so you can give someone access to one project without exposing your customer list, or let a bookkeeper see invoices but not deals.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You are told before it becomes a problem, and you can buy a capacity pack (extra users, storage, AI credits) without changing plan. Limits apply per workspace.
Can I bring my own email and AI providers?
Yes. Connect a Gmail or IMAP mailbox to send from your own address, and plug in your own AI provider key if you would rather not use the built-in one. Both are configured per workspace.
How do I get my data out?
Reports export to PDF and lists export to CSV from inside the app. Your invoices, leads and projects are yours; there is no export fee and no notice period.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: one workspace, a small team and the core modules, with no card required. It does not expire.
How do I move over from my current tools?
Leads, contacts and customers import from CSV, and the import runs in the background so a large file does not tie up your browser. If you would rather not do it yourself, tell us what you are moving from and we will help.
