Use this form to get a copy of your personal data, correct it, or have it deleted. You do not need an account to ask.
We confirm your identity before acting. That step is not bureaucracy: without it, anyone could delete someone else’s account by filling in a web form.
What deletion actually does
- Your account and personal profile are removed.
- Content you created inside a workspace you own is removed with it.
- Content inside a workspace someone else owns stays with that workspace, they are the controller of it, and we cannot delete their business records on a third party’s instruction. We will pass your request to them.
- Records we are legally required to keep (invoices and tax records in particular) are retained for the statutory period and nothing more.
- Backups roll off on their normal schedule; deleted data is not restored from them.
How long it takes
We acknowledge quickly and complete within 30 days. If a request is complex we will tell you why and give a date.
