Sending email through the platform
The platform can send campaigns and sequences on your behalf. Your sending reputation and ours are connected, so this policy is enforced, not decorative.
- Only email people who have given you permission, or with whom you have a genuine business relationship.
- Never send to a purchased, scraped or rented list.
- Identify yourself honestly. Do not forge headers or disguise who is sending.
- Include a working unsubscribe in every campaign, and honour it promptly.
- Keep evidence of consent, and produce it if we ask.
How we enforce it
Unsubscribes are recorded and suppressed automatically, a suppressed address will not receive further campaign mail from your workspace whatever your list says. Bounces and complaints are tracked, and sending may be paused on an account with an abnormal complaint rate.
Persistent abuse ends the account.
